Our Story

As a kid I grew up in California. My father owned a Latin Convenience Market. At 11 years old, I would go to his store and help out. His store sold a wide variety of latin treats. I would indulge myself with all kinds of snacks, one would be the fruit popsicle, which I quickly grew fond of. I loved the fact that they were all made with natural fruit. I was inspired and reminded by the flavors of our land.

Fast forward to today, I still enjoy these Hand Crafted Paletas, so I decided on taking the pride and joy of learning the concepts from Master Paleta Maker, Xacinto. Furthermore, with an extensive pharmacist background and the combination of Xacinto’s popsicle making skills learned, I have created artisan recipes customers come to enjoy. Putting in natural fruits and quality ingredients in every bite for a sweet and delicious tasty treat.

Nuestra Historia

Creciendo en California, encontré mi gusto dulce en el mercadito latino de mi padre. Con solo 11 años, ayudaba y, por supuesto, me deleitaba con los increíbles dulces latinos. Pero fueron las paletas de fruta natural las que realmente capturaron mi imaginación. No eran solo bocadillos; eran sabores vibrantes de nuestra tierra, puros, y auténticos.

Avancemos hasta hoy, y ese amor por las paletas artesanales sigue siendo una gran parte de mí. Me emocionó muchísimo aprender el oficio del Maestro Paletero Xacinto, absorbiendo su increíble conocimiento. Fusionando su experiencia tradicional con mi formación como farmacéutico, he puesto mi corazón en crear recetas artesanales que nuestros clientes adoran. Cada paleta está llena de frutas naturales e ingredientes de calidad, haciendo de cada bocado una escapada verdaderamente dulce y deliciosa.
